Cancellations and Refunds Policy

At Vidu-Studio.com, we provide digital products and listing services (such as AI tool submissions, featured listings, footer placements, etc.). As these services begin immediately after purchase, we follow a strict refund policy as outlined below.


Cancellation Policy

  • Once a payment is made and the submission link or service access is delivered, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Since we do not ship any physical goods, cancellation is not applicable after service initiation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided except under the following exceptional cases:

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

  1. Duplicate Payment:
    If a customer is charged twice for the same order, the extra payment will be refunded.
  2. Service Not Delivered:
    If the customer makes a payment but does not receive the submission link or service access within 24 hours.
  3. Technical Error from Our Side:
    If we are unable to process the service due to an internal technical issue.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Customer changes their mind after purchasing a plan.
  • Customer entered incorrect details during submission.
  • Service delivery was completed as described.

No Cash Refunds

All refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method only.
