By submitting your tool, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the content or have permission to submit it
The information provided (description, links, branding, etc.) is accurate
Your tool does not contain harmful, illegal, or misleading content
Your tool does not violate any third-party copyrights or trademarks
If any violation is found, Vidu-Studio reserves the right to remove the listing without notice.
3. Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely through trusted partners such as Razorpay / Paddle / PayPal.
Once a payment is completed, users receive the submission link via email.
Prices for submission plans may change at any time without prior notice.
We do not store or handle any card payment information.
4. Delivery of Digital Service
Our services are digital-only.
After successful payment:
Submission link is emailed instantly or within a short time
Once the user submits their tool, it is reviewed and published within 1–24 hours, depending on the plan
There is no physical shipping involved.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our services begin immediately after purchase, cancellations are not allowed.
Refunds are only offered in the rare cases mentioned below:
Duplicate payment
Payment completed but submission link not delivered within 24 hours
Technical error from our side that prevents service delivery

6. Modifications to Submitted Content
Users may request updates or edits to their tool details after publication.
Major modifications may require additional charges depending on the work involved.
Vidu-Studio holds the right to decline or remove content that does not meet our quality, safety, or compliance guidelines.

You agree not to submit tools containing:
Malware, harmful code, phishing links
Infringing, illegal, violent or abusive content
Adult content or spam
Misleading claims or false data
Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, design elements, and platform content belong to Vidu-Studio.com.
Submitted tool descriptions and assets remain the property of the respective owners, and you grant us permission to publish them on our website.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vidu-Studio is not liable for:
Any technical glitches, downtime, or delays
Loss of traffic, sales, or rankings to your tool
Issues arising from third-party websites linked from your submission
You use our platform at your own discretion.
